Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellation

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the consultation has been provided.
In case of advance payment and a timely cancellation (before 24 hours), refund eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Vastu Maestro.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Missed Appointments / No-shows

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Consultant Cancellations

If Vastu Maestro cancels the consultation for any reason, the client will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
